I’m a registered dietitian in training at UNC Chapel Hill’s coordinated program in dietetics. I’m working towards my Masters of Public Health in Nutrition and after graduation I’ll start my career as an RD.

I graduated from Clemson University in 2013 with a BA in Biology and minors in Food Science and Spanish. After graduation I spent a few years in the working world in Madison, WI. When I realized I wanted a career change and that I missed the southeast, I channeled my love for food science (and food…and science) and applied to UNC’s MPH/RD program.

When I’m not doing schoolwork, I love to read a good book with a cup of coffee. I am also just as likely to be running, cooking, or baking anything. Read a good book? Got a favorite recipe? Tell me about it!
